Hotpot
Nagomi brings you Hot Pot from Japan and Korea. The Japanese Hot Pot has a refined, mild taste, whereas the Korean style has lots of big kimchi and chili flavours. All hot pots are cooked at your table and are for sharing.

Swish thinly sliced meat and vegetables through a bubbling konbu dashi broth — stir in the sesame paste at the end to turn it into a rich, warming soup.

Korean hotpot

We are proud to say that Nagomi is one of only three restaurants outside of London that is licensed to serve Kobe Wagyu beef.

This is table-side cooking at its best. Choose your cuts, set the heat, and grill to your liking — whether that’s a delicate Japanese A5 Wagyu, a marinated British ribeye, or a Korean pork belly. Nagomi is the only indoor Yakiniku BBQ restaurant in Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds. Pair your grill with a Japanese hotpot or Korean kimchi jjigae and make an evening of it. Minimum 2 persons. Bookings recommended, especially at weekends.
