    Kobe beef is Wagyu beef from the Tajima strainof cattle, raised in Japan's Hyogo Prefecture. The meat from this breed is a world famous delicacy, valued for its flavour, tenderness, and perfectly marbled meat.

    Thinly sliced wagyu (75g) served with rice and a raw egg yolk in yakiniku sauce. Quickly grill the meat, then mix everything in your bowl for a very rich and very delicious treat. We suggest that wagyu yakiniku is cooked medium to allow the marbling to render down and flavour the meat.

Hotpot

Nagomi brings you Hot Pot from Japan and Korea. The Japanese Hot Pot has a refined, mild taste, whereas the Korean style has lots of big kimchi and chili flavours. All hot pots are cooked at your table and are for sharing.

Japanese hotpot

    Cook your own thinly sliced meat and vegetables in an authentic konbu dashi and soy broth. Mix the broth with the sesame paste to make a delicious soup.

    Kurobuta pork (premium fatty cut), beef rib eye, Chinese leaf cabbage, red chard, enoki and shitake mushroom.
