We are proud to say that Nagomi is one of only three restaurants outside of London that is licensed to serve Kobe Wagyu beef.
KOBE & KYUSHU
We suggest that wagyu yakiniku is cooked medium to allow the marbling to render down and flavour the meat.

Kobe beef is Wagyu beef from the Tajima strain of cattle, raised in Japan’s Hyogo Prefecture. The meat from this breed is a world-famous delicacy, valued for its flavour, tenderness, and perfectly marbled meat.
