Nagomi brings you four styles of hot pot – two from Japan and Two from Korea.
All hot pots are cooked at your table and are for sharing.
Japan - Shabu Shabu
Cook your own thinly sliced meat and vegetables in an authentic Japanese konbu dashi broth ‘Shabu shabu’ translates as the ‘swish swish’ motion that you use to cook the ingredients.
For newcomers to shabu shabu, we’d like to tell you that the broth is used to cook the ingredients – it’s not a soup like our other hotpots.
SHABU SHABU – NAGOMI SET
Kurobuta pork (premium fatty cut), pork loin (lean cut), beef ribeye, Chinese leaf cabbage, red chard, enoki and shitake mushroom.

Sukiyaki
Beef, tofu and vegetables cooked in a soy sauce-based broth, served with udon noodles on the side. The sukiyaki broth is to be eaten as a soup.

KOREA
Budae-jjigae
Spicy kimchi base with vegetables, pork belly, Japanese sausage, tofu, ramen noodles and spam (Nagomi trivia: Spam is huge in Korea so this really is an authentic Korean dish).
